Thread: measuring distance

hi. newbie artisan here. I'm out scouting resources and i read somewhere there was amethod for dropping a waypoint at your starting position and getting a distance reading from that waypoint. can anyone direct me?

the only way I know is to type /waypoint (make sure you don't have a target) and walk to where you want to measure.

The system will tell you the distance from yourself to any waypoint you have activated if you turn on the on-screen WP feature.

OK. The onscreen WP feature. What is the command to do that?

There is a checkbox under Miscellaneous in yourOptions
