Is the shipwrightprofession a whole new career, or is it an 'elite' elite career. Months ago i heard it was an add-on to DE, meaning master DE's would be able to then progress on to shipwright. Weaponsmiths and armorsmiths having similar for ship weapons and armor?

No idea I heard Artisan was a prerequisite but I also havent seen anything official with my own eyes. All we knowI think officialy thus far is that it will be bought up by regular skill points although I havent seen that officialye ither with my own eyes just ahve heard ALOT of hearsay.
I think shipwright needing to be something not EVERYONE has should be certied with regualr skill points. I have no idea where though maybe Master Artisan/Droid Engineer which would effectively mean you have to go Shipwright all or nothing, much like Bounty Hunters,
Thats what I would like to see anyways even though it would probably make me NOT be one.
