SurveyXP comes from sampling of the surveyed resource. You will get more successful sampling from higher concentrations. So go out and find a high percentage of any resource (other than radioactives) and sample away. Couple this with something you may need for your grind, and you'll end up with something to show for it too.

There are several macros for this on these boards. Search was not working for me or I'd have provided a link.

Good Luck!

Macro it while you sleep is best, and a word of advice on this it to /sample from an NPC city. I did this on my porch of my house and turned on my monitor the next morning to see the clone window up.

Open your survey tool, find a good percent on some resource. Then:

/kneel;

/sample;

/pause 30;

/stand;

/pause 120;

/m <name of macro>

You may have to adjust the pauses. Doing it this way gets around the annoying pop-up that asks you to ignore or focus on the concentration.

In the macro, put this in it somewhere:

/ui action defaultButton;

That will remove the window and you won't stop surveying. And don't forget to capitalize the B in Button.

if you do this, be sure to set Options to auto-decline invites.
