first you have to learn the schem ( ia ssume you did) than using the droid/generic whatever tool stand next to the droid/wepaon/generic item crafting station

You might also need a personal crafting station - one found in someone's house (even if it's not your house). I can't remember if the AV-21 requires a personal station (as opposed to one found in the NPC cities), but some schematics require this.

Sorry I tried the search and the stickies but couldnt find the information.
Can someone tell me how to crafter an Av21? I tried using all the crafting kits, but none had it listed. The one weapon and generic tool only listed swoop and speederbikes.
It says I need a "specialized crafting tool" in my datapad, but I dont know how to get one of these crafting tools or where to find it. I dont see any on the vendor searches. Can anyone help?

You need 1 AV-21 schematic and 1 AV-21 Power Plant. Both parts are obtained by doing the corvette mission off of Corellia. I hope this helps.
You get the schem by completing the mission.
You get the power plant as a loot item during the mission.
