Ok heres my question if i havve 5 houses with 5 Enteryfees on each house can someone come in all 5 , will i get 5 times xp?

Can an artisan put an entry fee on someone else's structure? (can be admin or whatever required.)
If yes, does the artisan that placed the fee always get the money or can it be sent to the structure owner?

It has been a while since I looked into this, but if memory serves me right only the owner can put an entry fee on the structure. Thus, the owner gets the cash when people enter. Also, anyone who is an admin on the structure does NOT have to pay the fee to enter.

You don't have to own the structure, just be on the admin. But I never used them long enough to see which account the money was going to. I'll have to run a test later unless someone else knows. I also wanna see what happen's if 2 people put a fee on the same structure, but I'll have to find someone else to help me with that one.

Fees can be placed on structures by anyone on admin who has the skills to place the fee
The merchant XP from fee as well as the money will go to the owner of the structure no matter who placed it
If a second person radials the dial out to add a 'second access fee' you wont be able to, it isnt your option

Unfortunately, you get no record that anyone actually paid your access fee.
Unless you can actually account for an increase in your money, you have no way to know if you're getting money off it.
Some people will claim that they paid the fee but didn't mean to (or whatever lame excuse) and want a refund.
Because I have no record of the transaction, I maintain a strict NO Refunds policy.
You'd be surprised how many people will take the chance of paying a high access fee in hopes of finding a vendor with seriously underpriced items on it that were meant for special orders or something.
Then they claim they were ripped off.
I routinely put a 50k access fee on my private buildings just so I can call a droid without walking outside since the building must be public to do it.

Someone actually paid this fee once to walk into my building that was clearly named "Warehouse & Workshop" and then demanded his money back because there were no vendors in there.
If the system had generated an email saying that he paid it, I'd have given him his money back, but as far as I knew he just saw the pop-up and decided that he'd try to scam me out of 50k.
There have been other people that 'seemed' sincere about having made a mistake and just clicking 'ok' out of habit but I'm not willing to take the chance.
The bottom line is that they had an option about whether to go in or not and they chose to pay the money.
