Im going to guess you are talking about sample not survey ???

Ok, this is off the top of my head (I'm at work) but its somthing like....

/sample;

/pause "just long enough to sample";

/stand;

/pause "like 2 or 3 second I think";

/sit;

/pause "the amount of time before you can sample again";

/stand;

/ui action toolBarSlot00;

^ 00 is F1 and 01 is F2, etc...

This will keep you rested and going non-stop if done rightand keepyou from stoping when

you get the notice that "a better spot" has been found.

All you have to do is take a few minutes to work out the numbers for the /pause's and your set, this is how I had

my macro set and I was pulling in the xp. (I think... It's been some time)
