I made a run of all-puropse ship repair kits a few weeks back, and experimented them with my 11 points as usual. The all sold, and now I need to make more. Igot out my handy-dandy shipwright tool, positioned myself in the sweet spot before the shipwright terminal and started to work.
When I got to the experimentation screen, I had only ONE EXPERIMENTATION POINT!
Is this a bug or some sort of change I missed? Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions would be welcome.
I am not a shipwright (master artisan/master merchant/master architect), but I know I had all 11 of my points for experimentation before...

It's a bug. I'm working on it.
The All Purpose repair tool, despite being a Artisan schematic, is currently using ShipWright experimentation.
I'm pushing it to be fixed.
