Not sure. I know In DoAC everything can be "taken apart" and its pieces used over.
I can imagine they will break down back to the resource so i really don't know.

I don't know what they are, but my hope is that they work similar to the component analysis tools for ShipWrights... maybe we can take 2 or more resources, and combine them, and the best possible stats will stick. I know it's a pipe dream, but I think it would be a nice addition.
More likely however, it's going to be a way to break down a previously crafted item in order to retrieve the resources used to craft it...

I can't really see the recyclers breaking down items to their original resources, if they did this, then they would have even more database problems because then every item crafted would have to "remember" the resources used to craft it instead of the resources being destroyed and having an item appear intheir place.

Anyone have any tips on finding Bio-engin Sales? I have looked some on Bria and can't seem to find the food additives I need.
I find that the best way to do this is to find a BE vendor with good stock, see who owns it and send that person an email inquiring about a custom order. The bio-engineer profession is so varied and everyone wants something different which makes it difficult to stock a vendor with everything a BE can make.
Good luck!

This would be a helpful product. I am new to crafting.... and I am enjoying it. But sometimes I am having a very very hard time finding things I need... and maybe if I could tear something back apart..... or combine things, that would be so helpful.

Maybe it is just a way to sell off resources like the chassis dealer buying space loot. You sell resources and get some money for it.
I have no idea how they would solve recycling items into resources. If it does it might cause more problems than they solve. Which stats will we get on the resources? I bet either it will give you one of the current resources (then it will be exploited, make lot of items with crappy reosurces and recycle them when there is a good spawn) or maybe give you a generic resource with fixed stats.

Its supposed to allow you to take small amounts and break them down into there base components. Im still not quite sure how useful these will be.

we're working on it. the parts seem to be dropping, along with other loots/skillstims/schematics, so step 1 is cleared.

It's fairly interesting how they work, I wonder if they will become popular considering the amount of loot required to assemble one.

Yaaaaa man i will love these things when they come out. i have so many small amounts of resources left over at times that it always seems a waste. this is a perfect way to to deal with them now vs. deleteing them.
