1.5-2 cpu for grinding resources 1-1.5 cpu for radioactive Good and specific resources would be server dependent.

Named resources are another matter altogether. See what people need, especially what some class on your server is saying "we haven't seen this in the LONGEST time" about. Somebody usually mentions when something valuable shows up.

Depends on a few Factors:
Server Ecomomy
Type of Resource
Amount of Resource
Quality of Resouce
Demand for Resource
There is Pollysteel Copper called Erobase was 10 CPU when it was Harvested now 50 to 100 cpu Because the Stats were Uber for 3rd and 4th Gen Sabers and Armor. makes me wish I didn't burn up 500k Units of it makin Clamps.
People also have this Idea that if the Stats all suck or if the OQ sucks then it Cheap. well 3 CPU should be Rule of Thumb for Cheap on Large amounts 50 to 100 k Blocks, But if you get Lets say Copper with 1000 Conductivity witha OQ of 2 then its worth ALOT to people like Artisans and Jedi for making Crafting Tools, 20 to 30 CPU while the Stuff is harvestable, then Bump it up.
I once bought 100k of Aluminum for 8 Million - Was the best Aluminum on server EVER for Sabers, I sold it in small chunks to jedi for 200 CPU, I turned 8 Mill into 20 Millin a month

I charge 2cpu for grinding resources, 1.5 cpu power, and resources with a stat over 900 I add 1cpu to it.
Now some of the more specific resources, like devolite iron, I will charge more depending on the stats. I've sold some as high as 20cpu.
