I've made an experimental Mineral survey tool
in examine window i see that it have max 6 points and max 328 meters to scan. But is set at 3 points and 64m
if i click in set range i can only get 1 option
3 pts for 64m
Why?
is for may surveying skill that is only 1?
how can i set it?

You only get greater range as your Survey level increases. So inorder to program it any higher, you will need to pick up more boxes in the Surveying tree.

or you can get survey tapes. The tapes will help until you reach Survey IV. You cap on distance at Survey IV.
