ok i found two macros in this forum, one that just randomly made it say, "crafting session cancelled" and the like, and one that was a modified version of that one but still doesn't work and does the same thing, can someone please give me a macro that CURRENTLY works for them and/or is good for grinding shipwright??

It is perfectly okay to get 2 messages saying "The crafting session has ended!". The important thing to look for is that there are numbers on your tool counting down just like they would if you created the item by hand. As an aspiring shipwright you probably don't want to use the macros you saw in this forum as to craft with those methods (in practice mode) the total resources are: 2.253m Steel, 581k Aluminum, 1.146m Ore, 581k Inert Petro, 539k Iron, 539k Fiberplast. Check these links Shipwright Links, FAQ (Including How to Grind Shipwright), Including Ship Pictures! and Easy guide to Shipwright for non-crafters (and possibly for crafters as well)

The following macro is from the second link, it will actually produce the items instead of using practice mode. Highlighed are the differences between it and the macro shown here. I see no reason why "/selectDraftSchematic xxx" could not be replaced with "/pause 2;/ui action defaultButton;"

Macro
basic crafting macro, this will help if you are making a set of ships
/ui action toolbarSlot00 ---------------->number of hot key slot tool is in (less 1 - so F3 is Slot02)
/selectDraftSchematic xxx ------------->number of schematic you wish to make (nb is based on tool and crafting station)
/pause y ---------------------------------->time to add resources to schematic
/nextCraftingStage
/nextCraftingStage
/nextCraftingStage
/createPrototype
/createPrototype

/pause 2 ---------------------------------->covers lag in completing process
/ui action toolbarSlot13 ---------------->number of following macro
