I have made two crafting tools when I examine them one is lists an effectiveness of -8.07 and the other -6.75 which is the better tool and does anyone know what the effectiveness number means?

I'm a master artisen and have experimented all of my Tools beyond 90%. At this point it says 13% effictiveness. I assume you get a 13 bonus to crafting? What that means I don't know. But ideally it should me that I have a higher base quality before experimenting. Maybe even high total amount of experimentation.

Can anyone tell me if there is a command to start a Crafting Tool with all the item sections collapsed?

i.e. when you start the Clothing tool you only see...

Bandolier

Belt

Bodysuit

Bracelet

Cloak

Component

...etc

I know what section nearly all my items are in, I dont need to see the full list expanded and am fed up of wasting time having to scroll through the entire list.
