I have a sampling macro for you guys. You can just leave it on while you chat with your friends. i know they have that anti-grind thing. the window that pops up saying you have found a higher concentration. well this one keeps the window up but ignores it.

/stand;/sample;/stand;/sit;pause 40;/ui action toolbarSlotxx

you can change what your pause time is depending on your regen rate. i only have to pause about 15 seconds. and change the toolbarSlot to what number you are using.
