Is this happening to anyone else?;

I use multiple crafting tools at the same time, as I'm sure everyone does, but if I have one in the countdown to popping out an item, and I am using another one.... well ok let me try and explain this clearly. When a crafting tool finishes with the item it is producing, thenthe current crafting tool I have open just closes down and I get a message like "crafting session finished" or something like that. Depending on what stage I am in I will sometimes lose all the components going into the item I am working on. This is really frustrating... do you know how long grinding takes when I can only use 1 or 2 tools at a time? yeah... super long. This is happening with all manner of crafting tool for me, not just the general one, but I figured the artisan board was the best place to ask.

Anyways has anyone here seen or heard of this happening, and do you know if there is any way to get around it? Thanks.

This happens to me, too.

I am getting this error also, I have /bugged it and submitted a ticket. It's extremely annoying and was not happening before this last big "patch".

This bug is very annoying, it takes me about 3x longer to get exp now! It's especialy difficult when you NEED to get exp but are held back by a game BUG! This issue needs to be looked into ASAP!!

I hate to say it, but I'm not seeing this. What are you crafting, and what type of tool? I'm grinding through the last 50k xp of chef making Ithorian Mists in5 food/chem tools, and have had all 5 counting down a couple of times.

Since you mention losing components, I seem to recall mention of a fix to an exploit where you could get components back from a critical failure. The exploit involved using a second crafting tool, and starting/canceling a session. Does this only happen with schematics using components?

Hmm not happening to me. Definitely worth looking into though. Sounds VERY annoying.

I have seen this since the last patch ... but only if the first crafting tool finishes while I'm in the experimentation phase on the item in the second crafting tool. If I am outside that stage (either before or after) everything completes fine. Needless to say, if one is grinding (the most common time to be using multiple crafting tools) one typically isn't experimenting on the things ... so this should be rare, but still annoying.

It happens to me with both general and droid/weapon crafting tools, without experimenting, though standing in front of a crafting station.

I have not tested other combinations.

Same thing happens to me. But yesterday (Tuesday) morning I was grinding spices and everything was fine. Worked through all 4 levels of spices VERY quickly. Then I went and fought for a bit. Later on I was bored, decided to pick up novice Architect to deck out my house/city hall (for when I can place it), and started getting "crafting session ended" messages all the time, no apparent reason.

I was grinding near a buddy of mine who was working up armorsmith, in the same room of our PA Hall, he had no issues at all.

Lost a ton of resources because I'm stubborn and wouldn't let it stop me right away. But it got to the point where I was furious and went out to fight for a while.

Relogged, restarted, hell, I even defragged my comp hoping that, possibly, it would do something.

No dice.

If I remember well this only happens when you are crafting tools. Try to craft something else, like a weapon add on maybe?
