Is there any way I can put up a vendor without having Artisan skills. Maybe like purchasing a deed or something like that?

Once upon a time I think you could have someone transfer a vendor to you, but not anymore. You could always get a merchant-type person to set-up a vendor for you and work something out with them.

yes, if sum1 w/ enuf skills for a vendor is admin in ur house they can make and put down vendors in your house HOWEVER it is still their vendor and they manage it
