I tried posting a customer service ticket on this, and it was conveniently deleted for me. I didn't feel like going through that hassle again, so thought I would post on here.

Now, mind you, I've moved these harvesters already, but I want the devs or CSR's to credit me for the lost resources and credits; so here is the problem I had.

Last friday I placed 8 steel harvesters on Naboo on Eclipse. I paid up the maintenance and power for 7 days each. I can't be bothered to run back every day and check on them. It was a 3k hike.

Monday I was hunting in the area, so I stopped by. Collected over 130k of steel, put it in my backpack, and the harvesters were out of power and maintenance. Not being really poor, I paid them up again for another 5 days and tried to go on my way. I went to climb back aboard my mount and it says 'you can not mount anything at the moment'. I'm like what is this about. So I log off, and back on and make a camp and get my ride out and away I go.

I get about 500 meters away and bang, timewarp. I'm back near my harvesters, off my ride, and so I check my backpack for my steel, and sure enough it's gone. I check my harvesters thinking I have to go through that again, and the hoppers are empty. I check the status of them, and they are decayed again, with no power and maintenance. I'm thinking what is wrong with this area? So I pay them up again for 5 days, and create a ticket. Well that ticket disappeared. And still no steel.

Last night I go to check on them again, and they are all decayed down to almost 6000 credits each. Where the heck did the 10k of credits go I just put in to them a few days ago? They are out of power again, and the hoppers have only about 800 units of resources in them. This is starting to really irritate me. I pay them up as they are all on fire, and it takes over 8000 units of power for them to even show that I have 1200 units of power in them. :/

So I will be on tonight, and I would like a CSR to stop by and pay me a visit. I'm out about 7056 units of steel per harvester per day, say 5 days is 282k of steel, and the money and power I put in to these white elephants comes out to about 205440 credits and 178400 power. I want remuneration for all this lost revenue and all the hassle I had.

I've submitted two tickets on this, one on Monday, and one on Tuesday. Both times the tickets were deleted, and it said I have no open tickets.

I will make this sticky, and I will keep hounding the CSR's as long as it takes until there is action. I'm most upset about this as that was some good steel I need for making more harvesters. Not to mention the cash and power I just went through. That should have lasted me 3 weeks.

Please keep filing tickets. Re-state the exact problem every time. Keep a log of the CSR tickets that are deleted. Email this list of ticets that were deleted to the support email.

As I said in another thread I think if you file or update your ticket during business hours you'll have a much better chance at getting a response.
