I have a little over20 manufacturing schematics, and it seems that I don't have room for more.Is there a way to save schematics other than the datapad?
Ive heard a droid can store them. If this is theonly way,if sowhat kind of modules are needed. Are different droid models able to hold more schematics?whats the limit?.
It might appear that this post belongs on the DE board but I'd rather hear from the people using them for this purpose first.

Droid with Data Storage Module. I had some made for me w/ lvl 3 modules, and I think the storage capacity on those is 75 or so (don't remember exact number, DE might have exact numbers for lvl 3, 4, etc).

Level 4 can hold 110 data slots and level 6 can hold 150. I think level 5 can hold 125, but I've never made them.

Lv 6 data modules hold 150 schematics and they don't really cost anythign more at retail than the lower level ones. Most DEs (who are able) don't sell droids with modules other than Lv6s because there's no demand. If you need somethign cheaper or don't want the storage an email to your local DE with a request for something out of the ordinary is all you need to do.

You might also look into trimming your list of waypoints. IIRC, waypoints and manufacturing schematics (and droids and pets) use up the same "inventory space" in your datapad.
If you wanted to go whole-hog, look into getting a droid with a data storage module, item storage (highest level holds 10 items), and a crafting module (acts like a private crafting station). They may have even fixed the bug with the multiple crafting modules, so you if you need something in addition to a Weapon/Droid/General station, you'd be able to have both a W/D/G and a structural (for example), but double check with the DE.

Thanks for the help. I am thinking of going with the inventory/Data/WDG Craft Station. from what I see the R4 ADV chassis can hold 3 modules. Now to find a quality DE on my server.
