Thread: Do I need to be a novice Artisan to have a vendor?

Sorry about the n00b question. But I hear that PA halls can have vendors without having the Artisan skill. Have I been misinformed? Dont want to buy one unless I know for sure. Also, do items in a vendor count against the house item capacity? Thanks for your help.

yes, you need to have artisan in business tree to have vendors.

You can't create a vendor until you get Business III in the Artisan profession, and I doubt that PA halls have any special abilities regarding vendors. Items in a vendor do not count towards the house limit.
