i used something like this naming it sample

/sample;

/pause 3;

/sit;

/pause 20;

/stand;

/pause 3;

/macro sample;

the pauses may need to be changed as this is from memory and can't remeber the exact pauses I used also agrram(spelling wrong but the wook drink) and brandy will help if you want to reduce the pauses to a minimum

another good tip if your grinding surveying xp and don't want to find you have moved into a squill lair sample from the roof of a guildhall/med or large tat style house
