I've noticed my Max/Min Dam ranged powerups selling much faster lately (used not to move at all!).
Are people stocking up before the combat upgrade release???
Should we be doing factory runs galore before it gets nerfed, or are existing ones gonna get the kaibash?
Thoughts?

Although there is no proof of this yet, it is my expectation that powerups will be a converted item, just like weapons and such when CU goes live. I'd say chances are pretty good they'll be converted, as some currentpowerup types simply won't work with the new weapon stats.

This is exactly what will happen. Now, that said, how the existing ones get mapped to the new ones, I have no clue.

That means I should use all my good powerups resources and let them get converted to CU pups instead of them going to waste... (the resource requirement change)...*goes to his factory to start some runs*

Woah partner!
I didn't say that. The required resources are different on the CU test server, but I have not received any promises that what we see now in the CU test server will remain when it hits live.
If you want to expend all your good resources, go right ahead, but don't do it on my say so.

You may want to wait for the conversion to hit Test Center before deciding what to do with your current resources. I have most various powerups made there and scematics for many as well. I will post here how the conversion affects my stock and scematics when this happens.
If the conversion keeps muzzles as new muzzles those max/min damage ones might become wound/cost ones, unless they convert them to barrels. No one knows how this will work, so I wouldn't jump into something you might regret later.

what about armor powerups? you think having the category onthe bazaar for 2 years they'd find an opportunity to do something with it

How will the upgrade hit test center? Isn't the only test center going using the new system already? How will you build the old ones to get them converted?

How much are you guys selling powerups per crate of 10?
6000 right now, it's a ton of money but people buy them faster
Tis wierd, people figure if it costs a bit more, it's a better product I guess
