Description: Artisan Resource Bag (Master Artisan Schematic)
Details:
Ok. Everyone has now seen the Doctor Bag. One of those currently useless Schematics. 
Take that bag Schematic give it a new name.
Add Function to extract Resource information from any resource dropped on onto the bag.
***NOTE: No, this bag will not hold any resources.
Bag extracts 1 Unit of the resource and processes the stats into memory. (notepad type text file for export use)
The rest of the resources remain in your inventory,you just lose1 unit in the Stat extraction process.
Buttons:
1: View All Sampled Resources
2: View Current Sampled Resources
3: Dropdown List for selecting, a) All Planets or b) one specific planet.

This would be done sort of like Bazzar but would want to separate each resource better. Sortable by headings.
Schematic Details:
1: Can hold and place on vendor MORE then one bag!!!! Can be placed in other containers.
2: To keep the economy going, Bag would have a 1000 use limit till it burns out. No repair, No Battery Replacement.
3: 25 unit Factory Crate.
4: Size: same as Satchel
5: Sample Schematic:2 x Chem(Fiberplast/Fiberplast Panel/Polymer), 2 x Subcomponents(Elect GP Mod and Elect Memory Mod)
Other Info:
We have Planetary Survey Droids. This data format can be used with the addition of Stat fields.
The output file would be by BAG. This will alow uses like inventory control. (Name bag by storage location). Possible XML Style Format.
Keep Resources needed to craft bag low or xp gained at low percentage to resources used, to prevent Grinding usage.
Optionally:
This could also be made to resemble a Electronic Tool suchor terminal of sorts.
Could also be made to be like the Droid Detection Unit and Only placeable in structure where you would use it after survey/sample trips.
Personally I would prefer to be able to take it with me.
