As a tailor, I go through these things like crazy, but it's annoying to have to craft them or make them in my factory, because they only give me Generic Crafting XP, for which I pretty much have zero use.
Then I saw someone selling crates of 50 for 3000 credits on the bazaar, and I snapped one up, glad to have someone else dealing with the hassle of making them.
There might be a nice little income stream in this for Artisans with factories, selling crates of these to Tailors.
