Thread: Survey tools

Someone suggested I try here to get an answer about survey tools. I bought a few different ones, like a water one, gas one, etc but then found out I can't use them. Do I need to be a Novice Artisan to do this ? I just need to use them to find stuff to make stim packs, etc, for my medical training.

Train up the novice artisan skill and you'll be on your way
