Can anyone explain please? I dont see an option to move it somewhere else.

You select Destroy. It will give you a message saying that you have 30 seconds to select it again. It will also give you a message saying that you need a certain amount of credits in the maintenance pool to redeed. I believe it's 1500 for personal harveseters and 3000 for generators. I'm not sure about the bigger harvesters since I haven't started using them yet. You can pay this up before you ever select destroy if you know the amount. Then all you have to do is select Destroy twice in 30 seconds and the harvester becomes a deed again. You will NOT have the money you placed in there to redeed or any excess power in there when you relocate it. The money and power are just gone. A lot of times it's just cheaper to buy new personal harvesters than redeed them.

Also, if you already had the amount in them maintenance pool because you overpaid or resource shift occured before it ran out then that money will work you don't have to pay another 1500 or whatever.
