I keep trying to place a vendor and it tells me its not initialized, I've initialized it and paid maintenance and it still tell me its not initialized, some one told me there was a known bug and workaround to this but they forgot the workaround.. anyone able to help me?

Just keep, coming back later and trying again. I had this happening to me for quite a while, the suddenly, it placed and initialised one the first go. No idea what I did/didn't do, but works fine now. Not much help, I agree, but it doesn't seem to be a 'happens every time' bug.
