I have 3 properties that are affected by experimentation, we will call them X, Y and Z.
X = 25%
Y = 25%
Z = 50%
I have 2 resources that have the following stats in the above properties called A and B.
A has the following.
X = 973
Y = 688
Z = 999
B has the following.
X = 885
Y = 881
Z = 924
Which one should I be using and why to get the best out of experimentation?

resource A is the best...
And swgcraft has a resource quality calculator to help you figure this stuff out.

Oh..and sorry...the "why" is because you need to weight each stat...
.5*999+.25*973+.25*688=914 (approximately)
And further...suppose this was the only resource required in your schematic...experimenting with all ten points with no crit fails should give you a result of 91%

Thanks, that is what I thought and for the same reason, just wanted to make sure I was correct.

A)
973 (X) x .25 = 243.35
688 (Y) x .25 = 172
999 (Z) x .50 = 499.5
+______
914.85
B)
885(X) x .25 = 221.25
881(Y) x .25 = 220.25
924 (Z) x .50 =462
+______
903.5
So that makes A better - and don't think that 11.35 won't make a difference, because it will make a noticeable difference indeed.
