On test center Artisans with the skill: Engineering 4, can make all 3 current vehicles(swoop bike, speeder, and land speeder). They come in the form of a deed, like droids do.

However, when i purchased a Land Speeder, i only rode it once. I got it for 8k, and when i generated it (called it) for the 2nd time, it exploded and lost 40k ham, thus it was disabled and i could only distroy it. My question is What the fruck happened , this never happened to my NPC vehicles, only the artisan ones. whats up with that? anyway, thats all i know(and bikes take 1k steel and 250 copper/aluminum to make, and land speeders are 1.2k , same copper/alum costs!).
