Is it broken or work?
Factory XP and UXP on someone using your powerup / weapons..working?

I know factory xp works. My freind honky placed my factories, and he inexplicably has around 30k armorsmithing xp without ever getting novice artisan himself

cool..just want to check...beats manual grinding...was thinking off tossing 100k of metal and 100k of chem to grind out crap for XP

yeah...i am looking for 100k of chem and 100k of metal...toss that into the factory could max out eng I -->Eng iv easy...heheh

Factory xp has never worked for me...shrug..not for powerups, repair kits or archtiecture stuff at any rate.

It's my understanding though that you only get 10% xp for an item made in a factory vs the xp you'd get for grinding it. so 10 items in a factory would only 1 item you make yourself plus you loose the +5% bonus xp for practicing. I would onlyuse a factory for xp if you have a lot of extra resources around.

i've watched as i build components for weapons i build and i get no xp from factory builds, however usage xp works with a few catches.
one you have to be on the same planet as the person is usingit is on. and two usage xp only comes from things that take damage such as armor and weapons.
