Thread: Question about Crafting stations??

What benefit does having a crafting station with a higher functionality do? Does it increase stats on products or help with experimentation? Any info would be greatly appreciated ![]()

Actually, the current theory is different than the one liner up above...
Current theory:
Crafting Stations DO NOT affect the crit fail rate of the combine.
Crafting Stations DO improve your average experimentation result.
There is no actual proof to this, cause nobody wants to sit down and log the data.
But find a nice 40+ station and I'm sure you will notice a healthy change. I myself get only 3 experimentation results now(or so it seems)
1. Crit Fail(these never go away, but they do seem less frequent)
2. Great Success(This is the one I get almost every time)
3. Amazing Success(Yeah, I get a decent chunk of these)
Of course, your results may vary, as it will also take into account your actual skill level.
