I'm trying to clear out our guild house because we're moving, but I can't pick up two crafting stations due to:

you cannot pick up a crafting station unless it is empty

Empty??

How do I empty them?

The corresponding Crafting Tool has an "empty hopper" option on the radial menu. Choose that, and if you have room in your inventory, it will empty the hopper into your inventory.

Acrafting station has its own ingredient hopper. If there are items in it, it needs to be emptied before you can pick it up.

Stand near the crafting station, then click on the corresponding crafting tool in your inventory. Mouse over the Start Crafting option, but hold on for a second before letting go - another option will appear above that - Open Hopper, or something similar? I forget the exact wording.

Anywho, that will get you into the ingredient hopper, which is probably the source of your problem. Empty the contents into your inventory and try picking the station up again.
