Yes...while you all charge over 100k for vehicles, ill be selling mine for 35, 30, and 25k (3/cpu for all the resources I buy) =) Screw economics, I got a D in it....all I know is that if someone is charging 100k and someone else is charging 35k...yeah im going with the cheaper ones. With that, they will tell their friends to come to me because they got it cheap...and they tell their friends and so on. Why gouge people the first day? Make a good rep for yourself by being low from the start and you'll get pleny more customers in the long run. On top of that I already have a bunch of cheap pre-orders, so when tomorrow rolls around guess who people will be coming to for vehicles at fair prices? Can't argue with experience....well I guess you can really argue anything, my brother once argued that adonut was a perfect circle...but anyways dont argue because I dont planon posting here again...im not one of you people! I only got MA last night so I could sell vehicles the right way and not the most profit way! Har!

Ok, but be careful...if your goal is more business at the expense ofno profit, you will end up shooting yourself in the foot.

You say you are selling cheap in order to be the "awesome go-to guy!" Well guess what? Even if you meet all your goals and have that cool rep helping to bring you hordes of customers because of your "extra generous" pricing...you will eventually have too much demand.

And unless you have 20 harvesters pulling resources (which you might ) or help from other players, you will run out of product at that right. Those 20 harvesters will eat every penny you make. If you arent pulling large amounts of resources, then that means you'll have to buy them to keep up with demand. And you'll be hard pressed to find high quality resources selling at 3cpu. You'll be working at a loss.

But oh well, even if you can afford to undersell yourself and your fellow Artisans, it wont make much difference. Believe me, i know as a Master Architect all about fellow players greatly underselling goods just so they can advance. I was able to succeed in that saturated market with a good size profit despite the unhealthy competition that surrounded me.

Good luck.

Well, the fact is that people will gouge themselves. The richer will not hesitate to drop 100K on a swoop if he'll be the first one with it. The struggling entertainer will have to wait unless he has a hook up.

I understand that you want to be a nice guy and make sure people get a fair deal, but look at it this way. If a guy offers you 100-150K for a speeder then why not take it? It'll be more cash you can pay to your havestors and factories. I don't think that 20-35K is an unreasonable price to pay. You should have to work a little bit to get the perks of the game though.
