I am going to start selling resources on avendor im going to place.

My question is - what do people generally brake the resource units down into to sell on the vendor?

Lots of 10k 20k 50k 100k??

Yes - All of the above. If you have enough quantity of resources to do so - it allows all levels of customers to get in on the action.

Higher Quality and Priced resources, I usually keep at lower stacks... they seem to move quicker if someone doesn't have to buy the whole 100k stack at a time, and at the same time if they choose to do so they have that ability.

So - in summation, having a healthy mix is the best way to success.

P.S... If you are a bulk resource vendor (grinding materials or just plain shear quantity of rec's)I wouldn't suggest anything less than 50k, but 100k stacks at 1-3cpu is the way to go.
