Architect? for the houses and factories that you will need?
33 sp = novice at 6, with 27 sp to spend on boxes, you could get enough architect to make your houses and factories and then just leave it ticking over.
Or more sensiably, you could get merchant to sell stuff that your main loots/makes.

with 27 SP into Architect, what branches would be best?? i would get atleast 1 vendor from Artisan, so that would be all i would need. another question wouldnt i need all the experimentation points in architect to make my merchandise worth while??

Novice Scout 1xxx or 2xxx (Terrain Navigation is always nice)
Merchant xxx2 for additional vendors (item count)
Even with just plain old novice scout you can harvest...which can save you a bit of cred if a good avian spawn shows up. Just tag along to heal folks or what not, use a harv droid for bonus.
Course you could put the points into more crafting but scout is never a bad investment.

you don't need the experiment points to mkae factories, just 2 boxes in the factory lne, and a box or 2 in houses
ok so you can make big harvs, and you cant make anyhting more than small houses, but making factories and small houses are what keep my architect business going, and the point is you can always make houses for yourself and your mates and then drop it if you want, or just get known for making factories, there are few enough architects around on most servers that we could do with a few more dabblers

THE ones there where you can build factories. Called installations.

My first choice would be the dabble-friendly architect profession...other than that, the only one I coudl think of is entertainer, just to have an alternate way of dealing with mind wounds and BF.
Some boxes in Tailor might be an option...little need for experimentation there.
WS, AS, DE and SW are out of the question. Scout kind of has a prerequisite (combat..you have to kill things to skin them) Not leaving yourself many choices if you eliminate combat from your roster.

Depends you could dabble in SW, AS, WS and then make crafting stations and upgrade kits since they'll sell. But 27 points id lean towards Architect to.

If you drop your own harvs, Scout Exploration 4 plus some BE clothes gives you +95 mask scent - always nice to have.
Tailor isn't great, because you need Master to get the best colors - even with not so great colors, you'd need Tailoring 4 (otherwise you'd get only mud colors), not leaving you with many clothes schems...... You could skip the colors, though, since a lot of people only wear black

I was left with the same choice, I too wanted a pacifist alt crafting tester. I picked up Chef 0,0,3,4 for making drinks like brandy and such for my combatants. Turns out Chef is very dabble friendly too, since you get 9 experimentation points without going master. Its not the best brandy butit is darn close; and the price is great too.
I thought about doing a shield specialist, but I would have been tempted to master it for the extra 3 exp points (not to mention the strong urge to go 0,0,4,4; meaning I'd have to drop one mastery somewhere).
Whatever you decide I hope you enjoy it.
