I played beta and i also got about an hour in the game live the big problem is that it is extremly hard to drag an item for trade or to sell or to use on another item whatever mode your in (alt) the problem is that as soon as you try to move the item the blue reticle(menu) shows up not allowing you to trade now some people did not have this problem but most did What good is an artisan if he cant sell/trade/use items?they need to make a key that you can press to not get the blue reticle this could easily solve the problem will they tho? probly not unless a big forum petition gets a lot of post you all will see what i mean when you play the game whenever that may be

You just have to be quick. Click on the item and drag it to your side of the trade window. If you leave your cursor on it too long you will get radial menu. You'll get the hang of it soon.

Also, not sure it is well known, but if you are a Neutral, you cannot trade with an Overt of either side. If you are Covert, you cannot trade with an Overt of the other side, and trading with an Overt of your side will give you a Temporary Enemy Flag.
