Thought it might be a decent idea to pool our resources together and help each other out when it comes to training fees. Seeing that NPC training fees are quite steep and Artisans will probably not earn much credits early on, I thought it'll be cool to implement such a plan and jump start our crafting careers.

Remember the whole idea is to jump start our crafting careers and help craft items for our fellow Chilastrians.
