Thread: Any wookiees out there craft a bowcaster yet?
Maybe someone can tell us if the highly restrictive requirements from beta are still in effect. Still take a wookie master weaponsmith to make one?
Are they really the best weapon in the game? I'd think commando would get the best since it's elite at least. Who can use them? Any wookie, or just wookie smugglers?
there is doonium iron, i saw it in the bazaar... its just hella rare and expensive

I am a wookie... I have not yet built a bowcaster but i have seen aother wook with one... I tried to ask him questions about it but he said nothing... I hope there is no need to be a master weaponsmith... I want to know:
What skill does the bowcaster require... rifle? what?
Where the heck do I find Doonium?
What level weaponsmith do I have to be to make my bowcaster?
Can I sell them once I can make 'em?
Bowcaster schematic is available to Wookie artisans, it's not a weaponsmith item. It does, however, require weaponsmith parts. Novice weaponsmith for two of the components, first box of the ranged weapon line for the third. To complicate things, one of thosecomponents is actually three identical factory-made pieces. I don't know why that would require master weaponsmith except for the experimentation points for improved properties.
