I've outgrown my general crafting tool kit..


Is it possible to craft these specialed tool kits for armor & medic?


I know I can use public stations, but is it possible to buy/build them?

I think you can build the specialized tools at Eng I. The crafting stations (big machines) are granted at novice architect.
