I think it would be great if there was a way to put signs on buildings, like a terminal u could go to to rent space at predetermined spots in a city. The devs could included some graphic and a place to but some in info. Then you select a block of time that isn't taken and your sign would show up on the building.

I think that it would save alot of chat spamming that gose around, with people just saying the same thing over and over again. I already had to put 3 people on my ingnore list cause yhey wouldn't stop.
