Oh well that worked out well. HAHAH ok here' goes:

Have a 'maintinance station terminal' or somthing in houses. Doesn't come with the house but can only be placed in a house, sorta like a perk if you have a house. What is does is display: How much you a currently owing per day in maintinance fees to upkeep all your factories, harvester, houses, vendors, etc. There would be an individual list to check each item individually. There would also be a summation of how much power everything was eating per day. Added to this would be your current funds allocated to maintinance costs, so lets say you could have 10k in the bank, 10k on you and 10k in your maintinance coffers along with a few K of power.

This would be awsome for all those people that have to run everywhere 24/7 just to check their harvesters. And myself, I forgot to pay maintinance on somthing once (my vendor) and it dissapeared. i've got so much to think about I'd rather not be thinking about what I forgot to pay maintinance on.

Even if it was only a Maintinace monitoring station, where you could see how each of your structures had been paid for, it would be awsome.
