can anyone tell me how i a master artisan can reg my vendor on the planetary map ?

You need to have Advertising III of the merchant profession and then you will have an option on your vendor controls to register.

An option which you will need to exercise every single day because your vendor will "forget" about registering with each server reset.

But never fear, soon you'll get to pay a LOT more for the lack of service!
