Thread: Powerup durability or effectiveness?

The fact that no one has bothered to look into this is disturbing lol.
yes it is disturbing but what's more disturbing is how the devs are watching our every move.......on this forum and in the game disguised as a normal player..........
anyway i think the durability has to do with how much less it decays the weapon since your weapon decays faster if it's equiped with a powerup. also i think we need more effectiveness slots cuz i have the artisan tree up to 4-3-3-4 and i get an extra 15 experimentation since im a human. i spend all the pts in the effectiveness tree and end up with about 2 or 3 pts left. i
The shadow isnt only used by the dark side- its also used by me......'Shadow'
The effectiveness slots are dependant on the material. The best you are going to get effectiveness is 100% which requires 1000 points.
You'll notice that it is 100% dependent on overall quality, so you need to find a metal and chemical with near 1000 overal quality to get more effectiveness slots.
To the best of my knowledge durability doesn't do squat. The powerups all have 100 uses when created, even when experimented. The only thing that effects that is the speed of the weapon. A faster weapon burns the powerupfaster due to the increase in shots fired.
If anyone has found different, I'd love to know. I use a 938 mineral and a 999 chemical to make mine right now. After experimenting mine are at 31.85% primary stat, 15.something%secondary and 100 uses each.
