Have you checked out swgcraft.com? They have a great tool for finding resources. It will tell you on what server and planet you can find certain resources. I don't think their database is totally complete but it's pretty comprehensive. I found all of the resources that you mentioned in their dB.

Many of the high-level items require resources that just don't seem to exist anywhere in the galaxy. For instance, thoranium steel, dolovite iron, crism siliclastic ore to name a few. I've been to just about every planet in the galaxy a couple of times and these never show up and no one recalls ever having seen them.
