Artisan Archive

So I've looked around a bit and I can't find any of these or the surveying mission terminals. Can anyone clue me in as to where I can find some? Preferably on Naboo..

They're not in the game yet, give it a couple of weeks.

Right now, you can get some of these from NPCs.

Oh I thought these were in the same patch as the factory xp nerf and the practice mode. My mistake I guess. *sheepish*

I also have a question that is related to this. I've always wondered where or what the Artistan/Crafting missions are. While I have gotten at least one from a NPC about surveying for resources, what about those on mission terminals?

hey, so I have read on the SOE page the following.

"Missions: New mission terminals added for Artisan (crafting, and surveying missions), Entertainer (musician and dancer gig missions) and Explorer (hunting missions, and recon) mission types."

Has anyone seen these anywhere? and if so, where are they?

These aren't available on the main servers yet. Check out the Test Center server, I believe they pushed this out for testing. It will be quite exciting when they arrive in the galaxy!

Crafting missions, at least at low difficulty are the same as those found from some NPCs. They give you all the components and the schematic and you have to combine and deliver to another NPC.

Surveying ones look cool in that you have to find a resouce concentration somewhere further away from the terminal at a certain percentage. The one i picked up was to find an ore concentration greater than 59%. It jsut needed to be 512 meters away from the terminal.

The only thing that I would like to see is crafting missions ask for actual artisan items!!! That'll take some of the grind away from the Artisan skill up grind.

Is there a way to locate artisan mission terminals? I know you can find regular mission terminals with the /find command, butI don't see an option for artisans. Does anyone know if there is a way to locate them?

As far as I know, there's no way for you to have the game locate the artisan mission terminals for you. However, if you really need to find one, it's probably a safe bet that using the find command for a crafter guildhouse will lead you to one.
