Thread: Next Profession Suggestions?
Hello all,
I am a novice architect/master artisan who just qualified for another high level crafting profession (weaponsmith, armorsmith, tailor, droid engineer, chef) and I'm looking for suggestions. Any info/advice you got would be greatly appreciated.

Most of these master professions will put you in /tell hell once you become known for the products your produce. It seems that weaponsmith requires the most expansive resource harvesting network to get the materials you need to produce the weapons that people will pay for but armorsmith is not far behind.
Chef is just as bad, except only with organic materials. Grinding for chef is slow. Chefs are expecting a career overhaul in late january.
It seems that Droid engineer will be getting some love in the form of droids with combat capabilities soon.
I took the armorsmith route.
Tailor would be a little easier though, but I don't know how well their goods "move".
I wish the had an elite profession for surveying, and they were the ones that could make the good harvestors and locate rarer resources at low concentrations.
I would more than likely be the only one doing it, but I love surveying.

ROTFL! And I was begginning to worry that I was the only one. ![]()
As far as professions, as a Tailor, the resources are quantity not quality. The clothes all come out the same. IMO, the goods are easier to move since you won't get into 3k+ range until you're well into it.
