Does OQ or PE matter at all when buying power for harvesters or does it all just expend in the same manner?

Vendor taken down because you have to invest skill points to run a business. Which I am out of. Sorry folks. I will still slice for you! Just let me know I'll help you out.

OQ doesn't matter, PE does. For PE of 1-500, one unit of resource equals one unit of power. PE 1000 gives you two units of power for each unit of resource. In between 500 and 1000, it scales linearly:

Power Units = Resource Units * ( ( PE - 500 ) / 500 + 1 ).

So if you had 1000 units of 750 PE radioactive (or solar or wind), when you go to deposit power into your harvester, the dialog box will show you having 1500 units available.
