Idont knowif its a bug or not, but here it goes...

I cannot take out my vehicle while being outside someone else's house. However I can take out my mount while being inside someone else's house. BUT when I cannot take out my vehicle or my mount, it displayes the same message :" You can only unpack you mount or vehicle while OUTSIDE a city, camp or near your DECLARED residence". If the message is the same for both mounts and vehicles, then shouldn't the same rules apply?

Why is it not possible to take out a vehicle near someone elses house? The vehicle also gets stored in a few minutes, so I have to ride my mount instead.

To call a vehicle, you need to be in a city, outside your house, or in a camp. You can call a pet inside a public building in addition. You can not call a vehicle inside any structure or enter a structure while riding. That is why the same rules do not apply.
