Thread: Resources at the top fo the list?

When I open my survey tool, I notice teh resources are not always in the same order. Are the newest resources at the top of the list? Or is it random? From what I can tell, the newest is at the top. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Yes, the newer spawned resources are at the top of the list.
