Hi, I am a Master Artisan but I am in need of skill points.

What I want to know is I have a factory and schematics for speeders and other things, AFTER I drop Master artisan, will my factory still be able to produce the speeders with the original schematic I put in?

As long as you have the same resources as you used to create the schematic . . . yes. The factory does not work based on your level of artisan, but based on the schematic and the resources in the input hopper.
