I wanted to get wounded up badly with my Artisan to give my Dancer some Healing Experience....went out to sample some and noticed I only get damage anymore not wounds is that a bug or did that change recently?

Radioactive ore has different potential energies. If it has a smaller potential energy, it doesn't do much damage. If it has really high potential energy, it can incap you very quickly. You could just be sampling some rather weak material.
