Thread: overcomming survey popup

just wondering if there is any way to over come this annoying popup box while surveying, that asks if i want to ignore it and keep working or focus the device on it. any help would be great...

You break up the surveying by sitting (which is useful to maximize surveying while unbuffed anyway). The sampling macro I use looks something like this:


/kneel; /pause 1; /sample; /pause 2; /sit; /pause 32; /stand; /pause 1; /ui action toolbarSlot12;


Adjust the big pause to match the rate at which you regen action and mind. By sitting, you increase your regen and also break up the sampling. By breaking up the sampling, the macro will ignore the popup box (so when you look at the game after being afk, you may have multiple boxes to close down).

one concern with this method, however, is every time your character sits and stands, you'll move a bit. leave this running for several hours, and you'll find yourself a hundred meters from where you started. if you sample near water, you may end up IN the water, and unable to sample. beware naboo. if you do this, best thing is to wedge yourself into a corner so you dont move. medium chem harvs are great for such.
